We provide direct pay services for clients who are Out-of-Network, un-insured, under-insured or
simply desire the exclusive concierge style of medical and surgical care.

We are committed to provide cost transparency for all our direct pay and hybrid system clients.
All surgeries are performed at state of the art surgical facilities in the exclusive beach communities of
Newport Beach and Irvine, California.

Out of Network patients also have the freedom to use their current Insurance benefit for all other
costs except Dr. Chi’s Professional Fee, such as:

1.   Facility fees

2.  Anesthesiologist fees

3.  Implants (Plates, pins, screws. Although additional fees may apply for new technology.)

4.  Radiology used during surgery.

If you submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance plan, it will very
likely be rejected. However, out of pocket expenses may be reimbursable under a flexible spending account (FSA).

   Our Hybrid system provides you the flexibility to use your insurance for all other services such as
   advanced imaging and studies, medical clearance, therapy, surgical center facility cost, and
   anesthesia services.
