Over time, these CaHA microspheres are metabolized, stimulating the body to produce more of its own collagen. Collagen, a vital structural protein found in the skin, is responsible for how thick, tight, and toned the skin is.
What Can I Expect from Treatment?
The entire injection session usually takes no longer than 20 minutes to complete and involves little to no downtime. While swelling is common immediately after receiving RADIESSE®, it usually subsides within 24-hours of the procedure.
